SHADAARANYAM VISION AND MISSION
This website is dedicated to preserve and promote the tradition and culture of Arcaud district community, a vision and mission under the auspices of His Holiness Sri Sri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamigal.
It is our duty to re-establish and connect with our native place for all its spiritual glory and history by contributing to this website and also regularly updating important events taking place in the district. As always re-iterated HH Balaperiyava “உறவுக்கு பாலம் அமைப்போம்”.
VISION: The culture and tradition followed by our ancestors to be captured and documented in order to pass it on to the next generation, and emulate, sustain and preserve the same.
MISSION: To collect, collate, develop and promote our Arcaud heritage culture and traditions that are unique for our Arcaud district imbibing Sanadhana Dharma for the benefit of our next generation, and also for practicing the same by present and future generations, living in different part of the world.
ஆற்காடு என்பது ஆறு காடு என்கிற ஷடாரண்யம் ஆகும். ஆற்காடு சுற்றிலும் 6 காடுகளில் 6 மகரிஷிகள் வாழ்ந்து வந்தனர். அவர்களின் நித்திய பூஜைக்காக பெரிய ராஜ கோபுரங்கள் அமைந்த சிவன் கோவில்களை எழுப்பினார். இந்த க்ஷேத்திரங்கள் ஷடாரண்யம்
